Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your confectionery.
Report the Issue
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to report any damage or order discrepancies.
Provide Documentation
Email us clear photographs of the damaged goods and the original packaging along with your order number for verification.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the items are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite sweets or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
